Is the heat still an issue here? Moving in winter, so want to double check!

It is. It works whenever it wants to plus the windows are not well insulated so the heat/cold from outside will come in no matter what. I used to have this whole plastic coat around the window and it was the only thing that helped. Good luck!

THE PROBLEM WITH THE HEAT THEY NEED TO INSTALL BRAND NEW BASEBOARDS LIVING ROOMS AND BED ROOMS FOR HEAT AND SOCKETS THAT CONNECT A/C PLUGS THE COMPANY THAT PUT IN HEAT BOX LEFT SO EVERYONE HAS HEATERS IN THERE APTS CITY/STATE INSPECTORS NEED TO WORK TOGETHER AND SEND APPT LETTERS AND COME TO EVERYONES APTS THIS BUILDING NEEDS TO BE TAKING OVER I BEEN LIVING HERE 13 YRS NO NEW CABINETS STOVE FRIG NOW THEYRE PUTTING A BUILDING ON PROPERTY NO NOTICE WAS SENT TO TENANTS SMH NO NOTICE ELEVATORS WERE BEING REPLACED IF ITS A FIRE WE ARE IN TROUBLE AMBULANCE WE ARE IN TROUBLE WE NEED HELP
