    Great location shit management

    Pros:
    Great location. The super is very nice.
    Cons:
    Office manager is a total bitch. Interior of building echoes badly, making WFH almost impossible. Management does not care about tenants. Only money. Building has mice and bugs.
    Advice to owner:
    Be more responsive to your tenants. Actually have the exterminator come into the individual apartments. Manners and common courtesy would go a long way.

    Small, not all units renovated or updated in a while. pre pre-war
