    -Great super -Great location -Great neighbors
    Cons:
    -Elevator has broken many times -Occasional pests

    * Clean building * Good area * Well organized building * Rent stabilized

    * Appliances * Bad AC * Takes a long time to fix stuff if it requires an external service
    Advice to owner:
    It was nice living there, just the AC situation was awful
