Great amenities for price: in building laundry, elevator, trash chute, Amazon locker Great location: lots of nightlife nearby, can walk to east river, union square, Madison square park Excellent and friendly staff
Single elevator can sometimes feel inconvenient Doors don’t seem to block sound as well
I love management here they are so responsive. The building really brings a sense of commun
If you’re on the Avenue side the AC bills are insane. Mine were close to $400 a mo
Add more laundry machines. They don’t work super well and there isn’t enough
Rodents, pest, mold, inadequate heat or hot water, defective building parts
Smoke detector issues, inadequate lighting, no lighting for stairways
