    Beautiful, Classic, Historic, Safe

    Pros:
    Lovely building with well-maintained apartment, good laundry room and package room and beautiful courtyard. In a quiet area of Upper East and easy to get around the city with nearby trains and buses. It is kept vacuumed and cleaned.

    Fully a walkup, a little far from subway.

    Pros:
    Safe and family-oriented community Gated Beautiful exterior Utilities included Very clean Close to subways and bus lines Clean laundry room, lost and found area and area to donate clothes and items.
    Cons:
    Thin walls, can head my neighbor most of the time. Smaller unit size.
