Cleanliness and efficient garbage management are highlighted as strong points, along with good heating and water pressure. Many tenants appreciate community-oriented neighbors and the overall safety of the buildings. Great Apartment in the UES

Pros

I love the area and have had a great experience. The building is kept clean and has great historic charm. I adore my neighbors and having in-building laundry has been a nice amenity. Heat and electric are also covered by the building which has been a game changer.

Cons

It's a little far from the subway but the bus is pretty close by. The apartments are on the smaller side and I can hear my neighbors pretty well, but true of most NYC apartments.

Advice to the owners

Keep up the good work :)
