super loud neighbors

laundry in building, nice back lot view, great kitchens, shower technology
Cons
shared floor with neighbor, creaky ceilings and thin walls and doors, outdated equipment and doors, unresponsive super, loud dogs and loud neighbors, not rent stabilized, heater goes too hot, few windows

make yourself reachable with contact information available so i can actually talk to you not my super who rarely answers my calls or texts
