    Great building, kind neighbors.

    Pros:
    The neighbor community is decades old and very welcoming.
    Cons:
    Our top floor apartment is at least 80 degrees year round. Keep the AC on in the summer and the windows open in the winter.

    An affordable gem in a sea of expensive UES rentals

    -Affordable!!
    -Large apartment, high ceilings
    -Lots of closet space
    -Well-organized trash management system
    -Dishwasher
    -Kid-friendly
    -Very warm in the winter. Almost too warm.
    Cons:
    -So much package theft
    -Busy laundry room
    -No elevators
    -Super isn’t that responsive
    -Property management company isn’t that responsive
    -One neighbor who screams and bangs on walls when angry. Sounds like an angry teenager
    -Frequent issues with water temperature
