Pros

The neighbor community is decades old and very welcoming.

Cons

Our top floor apartment is at least 80 degrees year round. Keep the AC on in the summer and the windows open in the winter.

An affordable gem in a sea of expensive UES rentals

Pros

-Affordable!! -Large apartment, high ceilings -Lots of closet space -Well-organized trash management system -Dishwasher -Kid-friendly -Very warm in the winter. Almost too warm.

Cons

-So much package theft -Busy laundry room -No elevators -Super isn’t that responsive -Property management company isn’t that responsive -One neighbor who screams and bangs on walls when angry. Sounds like an angry teenager -Frequent issues with water temperature
