Did you like it that managemnt is on top of everything or did it make you feel uncomfortable?

I loved it because I didn’t have to worry about being stuck next to a loud party or other challenges - I’m living now in a building which is much more lax and it’s pretty bad, with noise, litter, off-leash dogs running in the lobby, etc.

never saw one in the three years I have lived there. Building staff maintains the premise well

I never saw any in my apartment or saw any signs of a problem in the building. The property management does a good job of keeping the building clean and well-maintained, so less of a chance of problems.
