    Great building, terrible front desk, terrible neighbors, noise go through walls

    Pros:
    Top notch gym and rooftop. Nice lobby.
    Cons:
    Lived in 33F - the surrounding neighbors were insane. It was impossible to sleep due to the lack of noise insulation between units.

    Front desk (Big bald guy + Shaun) were terrible. Rude and operating as through they were the tenant, disgusting.
    Advice to owner:
    Have the front desk operate with basic customer service in mind. Nasty to have to deal with them in what's supposed to be one's home. It's unhealthy.

    Great apartment and great staff in a good location

    Very well kept, clean lobby and nice apartment units

    Older heating system and leaking windows that are not easily fixed, tough during winter months
