Well maintained building

Pros

Attentive staff, quick to fix things (within a few days of request). Gym is awesome!

Cons

Sometimes you can smell smoke through the bathroom vent, lack of fan in the bathroom to evaporate moisture

Great building, terrible front desk, terrible neighbors, noise go through walls

Pros

Top notch gym and rooftop. Nice lobby.

Cons

Lived in 33F - the surrounding neighbors were insane. It was impossible to sleep due to the lack of noise insulation between units. Front desk (Big bald guy + Shaun) were terrible. Rude and operating as through they were the tenant, disgusting.

Advice to the owners

Have the front desk operate with basic customer service in mind. Nasty to have to deal with them in what's supposed to be one's home. It's unhealthy.
