Excellent managed building
Pros
Front desk and porters are great. Package handling is smooth and reliable. Apartments are well maintained and maintenance is responsive. Our apartment has ample closet space. East River and Queensboro bridge views are amazing.
Cons
Common areas are small, of limited use. Rent is expensive. Currently undergoing exterior work requiring scaffolding, and that's inconvenient and most communication hasn't been transparent (only recently learned expected to last until March 2026).
Really nice building and beautiful island
Pros
You are on a quiet island in a beautiful neighborhood, 1 minute from the tram and 5 minutes to Cornell Tech. Really nice building and the staffs are very friendly and helpful too, thoroughly enjoyable plus the price is a steal considering how convenient the locational actually is.
Cons
Could get a bit cold in the winter and some units have silverfish issues, but exterminators handle them pretty well and nothing to worry about.
