    Amazing place to buy
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Super friendly doormen (so helpful and kind), nice gym with a good bit of equipment, super fast elevators, nice lobby, and not many apts on each floor.
    Cons:
    I wish the gym equipment was updated.
