From 2024--2025, one of the elevators had months of outage due to parts backlog. Perhaps nothing much the owners could have done, but three elevators that move at moderate speeds might be running it a bit tight given the size of the building.

Has become quite pricey over the years. Had a brief bout of small roaches during renovations, but other than that very pest free
