Love the Ludlow

Pros

Whole team is incredible, beautiful rooftop, gorgeous light in our apartment. Any little maintaince request we had was taken care of within 24 hours or less usually. So sad to leave!

Cons

Roof was closed due to construction for part of our time there, but now it’s all done from my understanding.

Perfect Building, Imperfect Location

Pros

I love everything about this building. The management, the doormen, the roof, I would probably live here forever if not for location.

Cons

The building sits on Ludlow street, which has become one of the loudest streets in the city. Katz deli has trucks outside EVERY NIGHT making noise at 3 am, drunk people are screaming outside nightly. I don’t think the windows are properly reinforced to block out sound.
