    Pros:
    Good location close to the B/C train at 96th and several grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, KeyFoods)
    Front desk staff is generally friendly
    Cons:
    Roaches. I've had to report roaches on at least 15 occasions and I have lived in the building less than a year.
    Elevator(s) frequently out. This is a 34-floor building, and at least one of the elevators is consistently out, resulting in long (5 min+) wait times.
    Super is impossible to reach. Have an issue? Forget about it. You will not get a response. The building also has a handyman who will sometimes attempt to be helpful, but he is not going to help with anything that requires more than minimal effort.

    Pros:
    The location is great
    The doormen are very nice
    There is a garage underneath the building
    Cons:
    Huge huge HUGE roach and water bug issues. I’m talking triple digits within eyesight people.
    The building is dirty
    There is very bad water pressure
    Advice to owner:
    Get rid of your roaches and buy a new mop
