    Recommend against, fake luxury, walls paper thin

    Nice building staff
    Cons:
    Faux luxury columbia dorm. Loud, office staff are generally unhelpful. It's unlikely you will get your security deposit back.
    Advice to owner:
    Replace the office staff, care about your tenants
