Great staff, small quirks

Pros

Have lived here for almost 2 years. All the doormen and maintenance staff are awesome, and all service requests get managed very quickly. Units are generally quite nice. Sound isolation is pretty good compared to other buildings in the area, though it's near a fire station so you will hear sirens regularly (but not too bad despite this).

Cons

I have noticed that the windows tend to get a lot of condensation build up (especially floor to ceiling ones), which has led to some black mold that I hadn't experienced in other buildings in NYC. also, the bathrooms have no exhaust so mold buildup is a bit hard to manage.

Pretty bad apartment

Good location, units come with in-unit washer/dryer

Cons

Loud, truckers stop at 7/11 downstairs all night long, trucks make loud noise because of a roadbump nearby, expensive heating/cooling
