Great, clean, safe place

Pros

Nice staff, very clean, no bugs ever seen. Feel safe, 24/h doorman. AMAZING location in terms of access to public transit, subway lines, and buses. Very quiet despite being on a busy street.

Cons

Some elevator issues while being here, don't love walking out onto 6th ave but it's a personal preference.
