Dog friendly building
Cons:
Building owner never responds to calls or emails also from reason your coned will come out super expensive almost about 400-600 a month

- Tree lined street - Big apartments - Decent gym and roof
Cons:
- Package thief problem (although getting better and there is a package room) - You need to nag super/landlord for days to get any response - Neighborhood can still be a little rough - Electricity bill crazy expensive
