Pretty Great Building

Pros

Spacious apartment, nice balcony. No roaches or rats. Easy garbage disposal.

Cons

Security is only there at night so a lot of packages get stolen. Management very unresponsive. The roof is nice, but has become a dog bathroom.

Pros

- Tree lined street - Big apartments - Decent gym and roof

Cons

- Package thief problem (although getting better and there is a package room) - You need to nag super/landlord for days to get any response - Neighborhood can still be a little rough - Electricity bill crazy expensive
