Overall nice experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
1. Building staff are always nice and helpful, they go above and beyond to meet your needs.
Cons:
1. Management is not the most responsive.
2. Amenity charges are quite high: the building charges a base fee for lower level amenities and extra for the rooftop.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to the emails, maybe hire more people - after all, it's a big building.

Been here since it opened.....
Former Tenant
Pros:
New finishes, view and some extras are nice, but now with covid not open all the time- Loved two gyms. Hotel like feel. Employees who have been around a while are the valuable ones.
Cons:
Traffic Traffic Traffic - Pretty much all the time except at night. Buildings going up everywhere that may block view and prices are not reflective of current market place. No neighborhood feel.
Advice to owner:
With the gym closed during covid and not everything available, there needs to be more of an adjustment in rent prices.
