Great building awful location

Pros

Garbage rooms on each floor cleaned daily. Apts have their own washer/dryer combo. Bedrooms are decent size. Lovely roof deck available at all hours.

Cons

The junkies outside and the bodega that has drug dealers constantly screaming or playing music at all hours of the night.

Advice to the owners

Get involved in the community and have 311 on speed dial
