    Good luxury building in fidi

    Pros:
    Extremely safe, well taken care of, no huge issues at all. I love the doorman here, all of my maintenance orders are filled same day, and no bugs.
    Cons:
    Nothing bad. I wish it wasn't so expensive to live here.
    Advice to owner:
    Rent concessions for longterm tenants
