Clean, well-maintained, great location
Can be noisy, recently lots of outages (elevator, water), not great security
Extremely safe, well taken care of, no huge issues at all. I love the doorman here, all of my maintenance orders are filled same day, and no bugs.
Nothing bad. I wish it wasn't so expensive to live here.
