Cons
The management’s lack of responsiveness in addressing noisy neighbors who play loud music and host house parties past 10 pm, violating the building’s policy, leaves tenants helpless throughout the night. We regret moving here.
Advice to the owners
The property owner must enforce a zero-tolerance policy for tenants who violate the terms of the lease, such as disturbing other tenants.
Nice building but overpriced
Pros
Great. Clean building with solid amenities. Very close to train. Good mix of people. Lots of light and good trash management. Laundry in unit.
Cons
Not all the doormen are nice. Building is a bit overpriced for the neighborhood. Good food is too far. Some of the finishes in the apartment are cheap.
Advice to the owners
Stop pushing good people out by being aggressive with rental increases.
