Horrible Developer/Management

Manager Ardi and His Staff and leasing Team Josephine

Cons

Construction was a joke. They had to rip up 80% of the apartments floors and replace them. Moving people in and out. They did this up to three times per apartment. They would destroy personal belonging. They didn’t follow code electrically. Just overall horrible developers. This one guy Jarred would steal the women’s underwear from the apartments that he had to fix things in.
