    Beautiful and Modern Living

    Pros:
    -Quiet area, very close to the pier
    -No doorman but requires keycard access to enter building
    -Everything is new and feels very luxurious
    Cons:
    -Pricey for the space you get
    -Neighbors can be hit or miss
