Not bad but can be better

Location. Reliable heat and cooling. Washer and dryer in unit. Pet friendly.

Some neighbors are questionable. Drain smells awful. Can be loud. Construction always digging up the road on 11ave. Can hear honking on the street. Neighbors slamming the door. Management is cocky and rude in the emails.
