Pros:
Apartments and sizing are nice.
Cons:
Pests
Mold
Dirty hallways/stairwells/garbage area never clearned
Management is even worse with requests and responsiveness but want to hound you for rent but not complete important requests like rats and mice in apartment, mold on ceiling, sink leakage etc
Management takes forever to take care of an apartment request I waited year for some work to be done in my apartment

Cons:
No elevators, lazy super and the fact that I have to take my trash outside. Also the fire escape is scary.

Install an elevator and trash compactor
