Low quality Management and tenants

Pros:
None at all
Cons:
Poor upkeep of building. Turn off the heat when they feel like it. Poor water pressure. Poor maintenance of apartments.
Advice to owner:
Treat tenants better! Keep building clean like your kids live here.
