    Building ok needs a lot work
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The neighbor are good. The stairs are big. They clean the lobby daily. The apartments are different sizes.
    Cons:
    The building in super is slow. The pest control is slow. The floor is craky. A lot noise in the summer.
