Heating. Good neighboorhood. Good location in proximity to transportation, entertainment, shopping, groceries/food, parks.
Cons
Unresponsive superintendent(s). High turnover rate of supers (at least 3 within 2.5 year span). Months long wait for basic repairs/replacements. Poor pest management. Poor security. Poor building and apartment construction. Multiple building violations. Multiple tenant complaints. High tenant turnover.
Advice to the owners
Prioritize service to current tenants over poor renovation of vacated apartments
