great location near transportation, schools and shops
very thin walls you have to live like the movie a Quiet place
sound proof walls, update kitchen cabinets and refrigerator they are so old
The size and layout of the apartment is beautiful
PEST! Rat problem but even worse, cockroach problem. We’re killing cockroaches once a day. Laundry room very dark and scary in the back Super not so friendly especially to people who only speak English. Have to go all the way downstairs to empty trash
Please fix the pest problem. If that was fixed, people would stay here longer.
