Inadequate heat. Water pressure. Management charges for air conditioner. Somehow management adds late charges of 5% of rent, and claimed we owed them back rent although rent was never owed. Turns out a lot of people in building have same issue, management claims back rent is owed and charges a 5% monthly fee without any documentation. Obviously don’t give tenants back their deposit.
Advice to owner:
More responsive of tenants. Stop using predatory practices to steal tenants money (specially tenants of color).
