- rent stabilized - near public transportation, parks, ect - Really responsive super

The best way to get the property managers to fix something if they are not being responsive is by reporting them to housing court. !!!!Prepare to freeze along with the super because they (the property managers) control the heat on their devices at home. I'm not sure if trying to save money in the winter time is a good way to go about it but because of that the heat is not probably regulated due to them only having thermostat in 20/91 units where those units have space heaters so the readings they are receiving on their phone is not accurate at all. if you don't have a space heater you'll freeze. The heat barely turns on during the day if you work from home. 5am and 2 hours in the evening is about it
