Review Summary for 75 West Mosholu Parkway North
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 75 West Mosholu Parkway North reveal a building with rent stabilization and a desirable location near parks and public transport. Tenants appreciate the quiet atmosphere and friendly neighbors, as well as improvements by the superintendent. However, heating is a major issue with irregular and insufficient warmth, forcing residents to rely on space heaters. Management responsiveness is frequently criticized, with delays in addressing maintenance and water leaks. Pest problems persist despite monthly treatments, and water pressure is only moderate. Renters advise thorough infrastructure upgrades and urge management to be more proactive in repairs and tenant concerns to improve living conditions.

311 is your best friend/ Housing Court
Former Tenant
Pros:
- rent stabilized
- near public transportation, parks, ect
- Really responsive super
Cons:
The best way to get the property managers to fix something if they are not being responsive is by reporting them to housing court.

!!!!Prepare to freeze along with the super because they (the property managers) control the heat on their devices at home. I'm not sure if trying to save money in the winter time is a good way to go about it but because of that the heat is not probably regulated due to them only having thermostat in 20/91 units where those units have space heaters so the readings they are receiving on their phone is not accurate at all.

if you don't have a space heater you'll freeze. The heat barely turns on during the day if you work from home. 5am and 2 hours in the evening is about it

Horrible Management Response
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors, area & park
Cons:
Heat is sporadic & practically nonexistent. Management is atrocious. Their only concern is collecting the rent. Landlord considered a slumlord.
Advice to owner:
Gives us the heat we deserve or sell it to someone who will!
