-Clean -Friendly live-in super -Tight knit, diverse, family- and pet-friendly neighbors -In-building garage, but ample parking in surrounding area -Surrounded by parks -Responsive super for repairs -Constant updates in building (e.g., new laundry, newly painted walls, flowers, etc.) -Working elevator -Working laundry room (though sometimes 1 machine is broken, but fixed within a day or so)
Cons
-Small (but clean) trash room -Distance from public transit (10 min walking to 1 or 15 min walk to 4 or buses to the 1, 4, or D)

Nice location, good connection to public transit (direct bus to Manhattan).
Cons
- INFESTED with roaches - Smells weird even after being deeply cleaned - Laundry room and trash disposal is dark and feels unsafe
