Heads up! Honestly
Former Tenant
Pros:
The only thing is cheap and the spaces for the rooms are big.
Cons:
Their is massive problem with loitering which clearly the owner doesn't care or doesnt know, can't tell. The area itself is very unsafe and honestly makes me think if the price is even worth it.
Advice to owner:
Please make is more secure, the building itself. Random people and even homeless loiter down stairs.
