Heads up! Honestly
Pros
The only thing is cheap and the spaces for the rooms are big.
Cons
Their is massive problem with loitering which clearly the owner doesn't care or doesnt know, can't tell. The area itself is very unsafe and honestly makes me think if the price is even worth it.
Advice to the owners
Please make is more secure, the building itself. Random people and even homeless loiter down stairs.

Nothing in this building is good ! Ok
Cons
Heres no intercall, Is always dirty, Heres crackers sleeping inside and doing drugs And the landlord don’t do anything for have a better place

He needs to start fixing everything!
