    No huge problems

    Pros:
    I like that the building doesn’t have a lot of young tenants. The building is kept clean, there is laundry in basement.
    Cons:
    A tenant on my floor has a loud party every weekend. Sometimes the drug addicts sleep in the entrance. You can’t go into the basement after 8pm which means you also can not wash after 8pm. The super takes his sweet time making repairs. We also are now getting rodents with all the construction on the block.
