Pros:
There are no pros!
Cons:
Washer, dryer & elevator often do not work, packages get stolen, always an issue with hot water. Sometimes go weeks without it
Advice to owner:
Fix washer/ dryers. Renovate elevator. Fix boiler. Fix bell system
