Pros:
Access to tons of amenities (public transportation, super market, laundry).
Cons:
Extremely noisy and the super of 2895 Grand Concourse is lazy. Lots of drug dealing in the neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
Hire a new super that actually takes care of the building and evict the troublemakers.
