Terrible living conditions

Pros:
The heat is good sometimes
Cons:
. Whole building is infested with roaches . Neighbors leave garbage in hallways . My apartment hasn’t been renovated for like 40 years .takes forever for landlord to fix even minor problem s

Just care about your tenants

Poor management and super

Pros:
No pros. There’s no loitering in the building.
Cons:
Horrible management office, unprofessional and non-responsive. Landlord sucks, even when rent is paid does not fix anything but is quick to take you to court if your a month or two behind
Advice to owner:
Hire a superintendent that actually works and answers to tenants. This super is always hiding and purposely dresses incognito to avoid tenants request. Super will not fix anything unless the landlord tells him too, which never happens.

Cons:
Building has bedbugs & roaches. Ceiling is falling. Paint is chipping. Pieces of my ceiling are falling. Dripping from the radiator in the winter. Old building needs renovations. Horrible drug selling super. Landlord is racist. Landlord does not care about tenants well being. Apartments are not livable

Horrid
