Horrible Communication Skills

bad water pressure, water is either really hot burning yourself or really cold & can’t get in to shower. leak from ceiling cause ceiling to crack & come down, broken faucet, door off hinges, no smoke detector, company never responds unless you call 311.

Look elsewhere, not safe

Pros

Great super and response time to any problems.

Cons

Hanging out in the lobby by people that don't live here, doing drugs and smoking marijuana and smoke traveling from the lobby to the apartments. Smoking, spitting, sitting, bbq and trash in entrance to the building and inside the building.
