Horrible landlord

Pros:
Cheap rent HPD building
Cons:
Dirty waters ,bed bugs, mouses and roaches infestation.
Bad neighbors and noisy
Management and owner don't attempt to fix apartment problems
Super ask for money to fix or paint apartment.
Landlord ask tenants to paid cash or he will raise the rent amount.

Don't returned the security deposit.
Advice to owner:
Stop stilling tenants money and stop harassing the oldest tenants so they can move and you can rent the apartment for more money
