    My super is the BEST super in the Bronx. Hands down, thank you Stepan!

    Pros:
    I love how clean the building is, the garbage is always well maintained. All repairs are taken care of quickly and effectively. The building has a beautiful garden in the backyard and a parking garage.
    Cons:
    Honestly, I love this building. I will say, several of our elderly neighbors have passed away and that has been pretty sad.
    Advice to owner:
    Stepan is wonderful
