Pros
Very old house needs a lot of maintenance (inside/out) Overall the space in the first apartment is big for a one bedroom. Large open kitchen, great big windows, lots if natural light.
Cons
The landlord is a drunk, schizophrenic and god knows what else. I wish the realtor would’ve told me, I lived here for 2 and a half years and it was a nightmare. Not a safe place for anyone to live in, specially if you’re single. Do yourself a favor and keep looking!
Advice to the owners
Sell the house and get your son admitted into a mental facility, before it’s too late.
