Overall Wonderful Building

Pros:
well-kept building, spacious, good sized closets, and the area is fairly quiet and sunny.
Cons:
Radiators could use a good cleaning, heat can get extreme sometimes, little countertop space.
Advice to owner:
Consider doing a building wide radiator cleaning and update of radiator covers. Also keep up the great work!

Cons:
Super only speaks Spanish. During winter heat is on max and since you cannot control it can get too hot.
